Sponable is sold as digital software. Refunds can be requested by contacting billing@sponable.app.

Before public launch

Early-access licensing is handled individually. If something does not work as expected, contact us and include your order information, app version and a short description of the issue.

After public checkout launch

Refund handling follows the checkout provider’s process and applicable consumer-protection rules for digital content.
